According to the campaign brief (which you can download below) “Liberal Votes by Judd Strom”, the 2025 Oklahoma Conservative Index scored Strom at 53%. Out of 80 House Republicans, only three scored lower. House District 10 deserves a representative whose votes consistently match conservative values.
Strom voted for HB 1835, described in the brief as aligning social-worker licensing with progressive national standards that could pressure Christian counselors.
The brief states Strom opposed SB 658, a measure designed to protect faith-based foster and adoptive families from government punishment over biblical beliefs.
Strom backed the Road User Charge pilot (HB 1712), a mileage-tracking toll concept that spent millions of public dollars with little value returned to taxpayers.
The brief highlights Strom's vote for HB 2147, saying it expanded city authority to foreclose on private property through code-enforcement pathways.
According to the report, Strom opposed disclosure of illegal-alien enrollment counts in public schools, blocking taxpayers from seeing the full fiscal impact.
Jake Bair is running as a constitutional conservative with a firm pledge to defend families, protect property rights, and reject lobbyist influence.
NO LOBBYIST MONEY. FULL ACCOUNTABILITY.
